Refund policy

At GlucoBoost, we want every customer to be happy with their order. Because our products are food supplements and consumable items, our returns policy must comply with strict UK/EU/International food safety regulations. Please read the below carefully before purchasing.


1. Pre-Order Policy

By placing a pre-order, you agree to the following:

1.1 Payment

All pre-orders are charged immediately at checkout. This secures your allocation from our manufacturing batch.

1.2 Fulfilment Timeline

Estimated shipping windows are displayed on the product page. As this is a pre-order, dispatch dates may change due to production schedules, customs delays, or logistics issues. We will keep you updated by email.

1.3 Cancelling a Pre-Order

You may cancel a pre-order at any time before your order has shipped and receive a full refund. Once your parcel has been dispatched, our standard returns policy applies.


2. Returns of Unopened Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns of unopened GlucoBoost products with the seal intact.

UK Customers

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to notify us that you wish to cancel your purchase.

You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us. Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

International Customers

You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return. Return shipping costs and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.


3. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Opened or used bottles
  • Products with a broken seal
  • Items not stored correctly
  • Items damaged after delivery
  • Returns sent without prior approval

This applies to all countries due to food-safety regulations.


4. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue
  • Photos of packaging

If approved, we will issue a replacement or full refund (including shipping).

This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.


5. Lost Parcels (UK & International)

Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery. Until delivery has occurred, we remain responsible for the goods.

If your parcel does not arrive:

  • We will open an investigation with the courier
  • If the courier confirms the parcel is lost in transit, we will issue a replacement or full refund

Please allow:

  • UK investigations: 5–10 business days
  • International investigations: 10–20 business days

6. Customs, Duties & International Fees

For international customers:

  • Import taxes, duties, and clearance fees are the responsibility of the customer
  • These charges are not refundable
  • If a parcel is returned to us because customs fees were not paid, we may deduct the original shipping cost and any return shipping or customs charges incurred from your refund.

7. Refund Processing Time

Once a return is received and approved, refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or proof of return, where applicable) and will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Reason for request
  • Photos (if applicable)

We will reply within 1–2 business days.


9. Subscription Orders

If you purchase GlucoBoost via subscription:

  • You may cancel your subscription anytime before the next billing date
  • Once a subscription order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or refunded

10. Safety Reminder

Because GlucoBoost is a consumable product, we cannot accept returns of opened items for change-of-mind reasons.

This does not affect your statutory rights. If a product is faulty, damaged, not as described, or unsafe, please contact us and we will resolve the issue in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
